Gestari is an iPhone app. It keeps track of what your mother collects, what your brother already owns and what fell flat last year — and speaks up in time before the next occasion comes around.

Why not just ask a chatbot?

You can ask a chatbot for gift ideas every year. It will suggest something similar every year, because it has no idea what you gave last time. Gestari does. That is the whole difference, and it is the difference that matters.

What the app does

Occasions that are actually right.

Mother's Day is the first Sunday of May in Spain, the last in France, three weeks before Easter in the UK. The country belongs to the person, not to you.

Memory instead of chat.

Interests, notes, gifts given and how they went down. Anything given once never comes back as a suggestion.

Reminders.

Three weeks, one week and two days before. You can switch them off in settings.

Ideas when you want them.

Three suggestions with one sentence of reasoning — clearly marked as ideas, with no invented prices.

No account.

No sign-up, no registration, no password.

Where your data lives

Your people, interests and gift history stay on your iPhone. There is no account, no sign-in and no password.

To improve the app we may collect anonymous usage data with no personal reference — details in the privacy policy.

For the ideas, a few details go to an AI service — relationship, country, interests, notes, budget and the history so far. The person's name is not among them; the request has no field for it. The app asks first and you can decline: you then get ideas without AI.

Getting started is free: people, occasions, reminders and ideas. A paid Pro version is planned on top; what is free today stays free.

The order of ideas never depends on commission — it follows what suits the person and fits the budget.
